Graceville National High School conducts a School Feeding Program every school year. This program aims to enliven the goals of the Department of Education in the school feeding program and supports the learners to achieve their ideal nutritional status that will allow them to use their full potentials not only for being physically fit, academically sound and sharp, and to fight malnutrition among learners. In line with that, we threshed-out those who were severely under wasted students, primarily from grade 7 learners where in GNHS provides a healthy breakfast and monitors the health status of the selected learners. Currently the the program has 140 beneficiaries from different grade level.
Fund of GNHS feeding program comes from GNHS school share, stakeholders, donations from our good-hearted individual, organization, and the community. They support us in preparing and distributing daily meal to our beneficiaries. We firmly believe that the success of this program will improve the nutritional standing of our learners, that will lead them to perform well inside the classroom, and lessen the number of Malnutrition cases. Join us in achieving our goal to build a healthier nation and to stop the Malnutrition.
